Nutrition Response Testing Clinical Master

I am a Nutrition Response Testing® Clinical Master and a Certified Clinician in Whole Food Nutrition. I also have a degree in Holistic Nutrition. I decided to become a Practitioner because of the amazing care, hope and healing that I received as a patient of Nutrition Response Testing. I had suffered with Ulcerative Colitis for over 20 years and have now found energy and a joy for life again! My goal is to bring hope and optimal health to as many people as I can through good nutrition. I enjoy reading, running and spending time with my family and our puppies.

Catherine's Story

I have been diagnosed with a digestive disorder called Ulcerative Colitis.  I spent 20 years fighting serious illness and pain.  I have seen numerous doctors and have been prescribed medications from almost every class of drugs for my condition.  My reactions to these medications included high fevers, hair loss, excess pain, and/or no change.  I was eventually given a form of chemotherapy to try to relieve my symptoms.   I spent days after every dose too nauseated to even move.   At my lowest point I was down to 93 pounds and was planning my funeral.   I had two three year olds at the time and was devastated at the thought of leaving my family.  In 2012 I was hired on at Health and Healing Family Chiropractic,  soon after I started the Nutrition Response Testing program.   After a year of learning Nutrition and lifestyle changes, my Gastrointestinal Doctor informed me that I was almost in remission.  I feel that I have been given my life back!   I now have the energy to enjoy my family and friends. This is why I decided to become a Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner.  I have always been drawn to helping people and feel that this is the perfect avenue to accomplish that goal.   I am very greatful for this career path. It is an amazing feeling to have my health back and to love my work!

Jaclyn's Story

I began experiencing an aching, dull pain in middle school that would travel down my left leg. I attributed it to growing pains and or a lack of movement during class. The pain however, continued through college and made staying focused during lectures increasingly difficult. I also experienced very intense menstrual cycles several times a year. At 18 I got my first summer job and my boss found me curled under a table (on more than one occasion) due to the crippling cramps and waves of nausea. Then a few months before graduating with my bachelor's degree, I discovered I had an enlarged nodule on the left lobe of my thyroid.  After college, I started working here as a receptionist for Catherine. I can truly say that starting a Nutrition Response Testing program changed my life. The leg cramps I had endured for years quickly disappeared and I made the dietary changes my body so badly needed. Within a year, I had my cycle under control and there are many months now where I hardly feel a thing!!! As for the nodule, it has shrunk to a comfortable size. I am blessed to have the opportunity to share this technique with others in my community.
